ERIN DUGAN – Business and Finance Administrator

Erin Dugan is the Business and Finance Administrator for Opportunity Resource Services and oversees the administrative and financial functions that drive our daily business. Originally from Buda, Texas, Erin attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

Erin first joined ORS in 2018 and has over ten years of professional experience working in finance, including eight years in higher education and public school settings. After obtaining her BBA in 2004, Erin went on to become a public relations coordinator for a non-profit, children’s ministry director, school secretary, and accounting assistant for the city of Temple, Texas. As a detail-oriented person, Erin’s favorite part of her job is taking care of the bookkeeping so that the other staff members can focus on the students and clients they serve. 

Outside of work, Erin enjoys being active in her church, traveling, hiking, planning vacations, and watching her kids compete in sporting events.
