Luis joined the ORS staff in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant and, in a short period of time, became a tutor and mentor to our students. 

Luis is a graduate of Keene High School and a former ORS Upward Bound student.  It is common to see Luis connecting with Upward Bound students about his similar educational experiences.  At the office, Luis is a key component in keeping all of the student information for field trips and the Summer program in order.  He also plays a vital role in keeping the ORS Upward Bound technology up to date.
